Raw Material
Certified alloy billets sourced from approved smelters. Full PMI and mill certificate verification before acceptance.
Hot Forming
Induction heating to optimal forging temperature. Extrusion or rotary piercing to form the hollow tube shell or solid bar profile.
Cold Working
Multi-pass cold drawing or rolling to final dimensions. Intermediate anneals restore ductility between passes for crack-free forming.
Heat Treatment
Solution annealing, aging, or stress-relief per specification. Controlled atmosphere prevents oxidation and ensures surface integrity.
Surface Finishing
Pickling, passivation, or polishing to customer-specified finish. Bright annealed, No.1, 2B, BA, or mirror polish available.
NDT Inspection
100% eddy current, ultrasonic, and hydrostatic testing. Dimensional CMM verification. All results logged to batch traceability records.
Packaging
Plastic-capped ends, bundled with steel strapping, and wrapped in waterproof paper. Export crating and VCI packaging available.

OES spectrometer (Oxford Instruments) for full alloy grade verification per ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards.
Mechanical Property Testing
Universal testing machine (600kN) for tensile, yield, elongation. Hardness testing: Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers. Charpy impact at -196°C to +300°C.
Non-Destructive Testing
Phased-array ultrasonic (PAUT), eddy current, dye penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection. 100% coverage on critical-service orders.
Dimensional Metrology
Zeiss CMM and laser measurement systems verifying OD, ID, wall thickness, length, straightness, and ovality to micron-level accuracy.
Our QC Workflow
Six inspection gates, zero shortcuts. Every batch is held until all tests pass -- no exceptions.
Mill certificates reviewed, PMI spot-check on 100% of billets. Any heat not meeting chemical spec is rejected before entering production.
First-article inspection at each forming pass. Dimensional checks every 30 minutes. Process parameters logged to SPC charts in real time.
Temperature profiles recorded and archived per batch. Hardness and tensile samples taken post-anneal to confirm mechanical properties achieved.
100% automated eddy current scan on every piece. Ultrasonic UT on wall thickness and weld zones. Hydrostatic pressure test per ASTM A450 / EN 10216.
Full dimensional report on every piece: OD, wall, length, straightness, ovality. CMM or laser micrometer per AQL 2.5 or 100% as specified.
Third-party inspector (SGS/BV/TÜV) available on request. Final MTC issued with heat number traceability. Packaging inspection before container loading.

Smart Warehouse Management
