High-force draw benches with laser measurement feedback, achieving wall thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm on precision tubes.

Continuous Bright Annealing Furnace

Hydrogen-atmosphere bright annealing furnace, 40m length, processing 8 tons/hour with ±3°C uniformity across the cross-section.

Our 2,000 m² CNAS-accredited inspection laboratory operates independently from production -- eliminating conflicts of interest and ensuring objective, traceable test results for every order.

Chemical Composition Analysis

OES spectrometer (Oxford Instruments) for full alloy grade verification per ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards.

Mechanical Property Testing

Universal testing machine (600kN) for tensile, yield, elongation. Hardness testing: Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers. Charpy impact at -196°C to +300°C.

Non-Destructive Testing

Phased-array ultrasonic (PAUT), eddy current, dye penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection. 100% coverage on critical-service orders.

Dimensional Metrology

Zeiss CMM and laser measurement systems verifying OD, ID, wall thickness, length, straightness, and ovality to micron-level accuracy.

Packaging That Protects

Products leave our facility in the same condition they passed inspection. Plastic end caps, waterproof paper wrapping, steel strapping, and wooden crating protect against transit damage, moisture, and contamination.

Wooden Crate (Seaworthy)
ISPM-15 heat-treated timber crates for LCL or air freight. VCI film for corrosion-sensitive alloys.
